Which do you use and why? I have tried Quantum's (?) "Hot Sauce" (I think that's what it's called) and I honestly don't know if it's better than oil. In theory it should be better as it'll stick better than oil.

Both...grease for internal gears and oil for bearings, shafts, and the worm gear on the levelwind.
