Was thinking about purchasing some planer boards for musky trolling just wondering about the Yellow Bird boards. They look pretty simple to use just curious if anyone has used these.

They pull out to the side better then the Off-shore boards I have, but you need to use different release clips if you plan on pulling big baits, in waves or in areas with a lot of floaties. You should be able to put the OR-18's on them and be ok. You will have to tune them, but I did like the fact they got away from the boat better then others of similar size.
