| I hope this doesn't come off as shameless promotion but I wanted to share. My son designed a muskie fishing lure last year that was really unique (Can't bend the wire and has replaceable skirts) and we started selling it to local bait shops. He named it the Muskie Maverick and it has caught a lot of fish. He was 15 at the time and a real muskie head. He is 16 now, and long story short, the lure has went bonkers on us. We have now sold more than 1600 and he just got a large order from BASS PRO SHOPS! Unbelievable.
They are going to try it in Altoona, IA, Bolingbrook, IL and Gurnee, IL and see how they do. If they sell well, they will add it to more stores. I can hardly believe my muskie maniac kid is selling a muskie lure in Bass Pro Shops. Amazing. |

Sure, no problem announcing the success of the lure. Solid build, well thought out, and a fish catching design = winner. |
