I need the opinions of you fishermen that use Magnum Blades. Which do you prefer? Hammered or Hex Finishes. We want to stock what you guys need.

I like the Hex between those 2 options but Lakeland also makes a "ribbed" version that has alot of flash to it.

Dick, I would definitely post this to the "Basement Baits" section as well...more guys that are making their own baits and would be ordering from you likely on there.
Just an idea, Jake

They all pull, start and operate a bit differently depending on what type of blades you couple them with. I like the newer hexes and ribs that I have on a few lures, but by and large it seems the hammered are more seamlessly coupled with smooth painted/non painted, and other hammered blades in regards to consistancy in starting, and overall runability. Some of the newer 'dimpled' blades are pretty cool too, particulaily some of the models I've seen in size 12.

We do have Black/Nickel (Smoke) blades for sale in #8, 10 and 12 Magnums. Also have some in #8 Colorado. We have these plated for us.
