Subject: Winnie supposedly turned over already!

Is this really possible? A resort owner on Winnie said it has already turned, but the water temps are still in the upper 60's. Apparently it turned last week with all the cold fronts.
If it really turned, people should be flocking there for the Int'l Tourney..........FISHING POST TURNOVER!
Something is really fishy!

I thought lakes generally start turning over about 65 degrees and end about 55 degrees.
