I've been both carged and had it sent back for free; depending on what it was. I'm using Dave's Reel Repair Service now...someone to talk to and deal with directly. |

Location: Sun Prairie, WI | When you send them in, be sure to include a note or fill out their form TELLING them what you want done; don't just let them guess and try to figure out what to do. It sounds like common sense, but I always hear about guys who send things in with no information about what they want done, then bitch and complain b/c something they may have thought was wrong wasn't to their liking when they got the reel(s) back. |
