I would take them to Wayzata Bait and Tackle. They do a great job fixing reels or just tuning and oiling up a reel. I thought they did a great job replacing some drag washers on a couple of reels and oiling them.

Thorne Bros. recommended them and they send reels down there for repairs if they are brought in to the store.
