Well, let's see, WI is too far inland and flat for mountaintop removal, so I am guessing the next best thing is to remove wetland designations as quickly and painlessly as possible. Read that as mining and urban blight.

Pretty much says screw you to sportsman of either party.

As long as the same requirements are met for the permits, it shouldn't matter. After all, applications are supposed to be approved on their merits. But if the requirements are changed for the worse through either law or administration changes, then we might have something to worry about.
