Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan!

Looking for a HEAVY guppy looking glider with a sq. tail that is a quick sinker. Body of bait approx 5" or so then the grub tail. Single treble hook centered on belly. This is a silent chuck & winder bait that will shimmy when falling. Anyone?
