What the hell... Last day on the water for me November 28. I can't remember not being able to fish in December in the 10 years I have had a boat. I live around Peoria and the 2 lakes close to me have thin ice as of Friday night 12/3. I thought for sure I would at least get to fish one more time. BS!!!

Its kind of weird this season, We have no ice and 42 degree water temps in Michigan on most of the lakes that have any depth at all. The Shallow ones are freezing up but we fished yesterday for two north of Grand rapids. It seems that there has been a colder band south of us. Lake Michigan must be keeping us warmer. Mike
