Location: Muskegon Michigan | Thinking of a trip to North Webster just before thanksgiving. Anyone have any reports on Webster or the Barbee Chain? Mike |

| Hey MIke---was out on Webster recently---water is really dirty. Temps were around 46-48 degrees but those should drop fast with the cold nights as of late. This is typically a great time to be out there but until the water clears---Tippy/James might be a better choice-----or Upper Long---Good Luck--- Jobu |

| The bite has been a little tough as of late but fish are being caught . last four times out we got a few fish . SUCKERS ARE A MUST !!!!!! Tippy water levels were dropped about two feet a week ago . We still caught one lost two but the bite is sporadic. The chain was my favorite spot out there but the past 2 years have been brutal . I gave it a shot 2 weeks ago but was disapointed to find they weed killed it this fall. I was going to go out solo style today but decided to clean the gutters ( so much fun ! ) If you want action hit Webster , if you are willing to sacrifice a little action and go for a 46 plus inch fish hit Tippy. I will be out there this weekend and I will get back to you . |

| Mike, we are going to fishing webster Sat. & Sun. have any suggestions? How deep will those muskie's be. Shouldn't they be 10' and up, or was I misinformed? |

| Kingfisher, my uncle that lives on webster told me that the muskie are hitting good. Should I be using suckers, or try both, live and cranks? thanks |

| Dear Guest
Suckers will work if you can find them webster. But, i have been doing real good with "10" firetiger/depthraiders - 10" sputterbug - and bucktails are always a must... |

| I just came off Webster today, 11/18, and fishing was good. I caught 1 @ 46" and my friend Dave hauled in 2, a 42" and a 39". Hope it will stay way for the rest of the weekend. Good luck everybody. By the way, hardly any boats. |

Location: Indiana | Webster was a ghost town today. We had no luck though, only one follow. The water is BROWN! I heard rumors that the weeds were double treated this year leading to the poor water clarity. |

| I fished Webster all weekend---water is STILL dirty and around 45 degrees. The fishing is slower than normal due to the nasty water conditions. Few boats out on Friday---lots on Saturday and Sunday---few fish being caught----no monsters though. Got a chunky 46 on a sucker---the deep bite has been slow so far---maybe the cold front coming this week will trigger them to start chewing. ---Jobu |

Location: Muskegon Michigan | Fished Webster on the 20th for 4 fish. Nothing large but still the action was good with a couple trolling one on a sucker and one casting. . Did not do as well on Upper Long with two small ones. Kingfisher |

| Hey King----just got back from Webster last night (Nov 29th)-----had to bust skim ice from the public ramp to get out to the lake. Fishing was pretty good---went 2 for 3 on suckers and vertical jigs. Of course, my MONSTER on the vertical jig got off boatside--- what a way to end my season! Gonna try one more weekend ---if the snow and ice will hold off for me. Take care---Jobu |
