| Not that everyone hasn't expected it....
Evan Boated his second fish of his year and short career.... He casted the purple Musky Buster Stomper that he purchased with Eric Sheppard at the Milwaukee Muskie Show. As his bait hit the water he got one or two turns until a fish "Jumped" on his bait...He set the hook and yelled "I GOT ONE" His dad did his best Gillepse imitation for the next 5 minutes...watching as Evan fought the fish to the boat three different times and on the third time I got to slip the net under a very healthy 47" fish. We took a few pics while Dad continued his Gillespe imitation...then weighed her at just under 30 lbs... She swam away strongly...as Evan said I'll catch her again when she's a little bigger.

| Steve, that's awesome. My yougest son is named Evan. He is 5 and lost his first musky last week and my middle son Logan who is 6 caught his first one in june and lost one on a topraider last week. My oldest is Andrew(same as slamr, oh boy) and he is 8. He has not gotten hooks in one yet but had some big fish follows and had a strike in june at boatside which did not get hooks. All they want to throw is musky stuff anymore, no panfishing for them.[:bigsmile:] |

| Way to go Evan! Eric is up with his Grandma for week, but I'll show him the post when he gets back. Eric has one muskie this year, but hasn't fished a whole lot.
