Posts: 174 Location: Wis. Rapids, WI | Hello to everyone, hope you are all doing well. I wanted to give you all a heads up...we're looking to stock our muskies for the 2010 Petenwell Musky Challenge (PMC). Date is Friday, October 1st. Our location this year is the Jim Freeman Landing (aka-city landing) located on the south-west side of Nekoosa. Once again we're getting our fish from Gollon Bait & Fish Farm. Gollon delivery truck is expected to be at the landing about 9:30 am. If you recall we're stocking our fish in memory of Mr. Jim Freeman. I'll be asking Karen and Josh Freeman to join us. Now, if we still have high water we maybe postponing the event. This will be a Thursday decision. If we do cancel, I'll be getting on-line to let everyone know. I'll post the cancelation on my site (www.forciersguideservice.com) and here on MuskieFirst.com. Any other questions feel free to contact me at 715.459.2234. Make sure to pass the word around and look forward to see everyone there. For directions you can map quest (www.mapquest.com) the landing address. Jim Freeman Landing – 1348 Point Bass Ave. Nekoosa, WI 54457. Thank you, Todd Forcier PMC Director

Posts: 174 Location: Wis. Rapids, WI | Friday October 1st was our last chapter for the 2010 Petenwell Musky Challenge. The lord above us presented the day with blue bird skies, sun shining down upon us and a flowage willing to accept these muskies. About 20 friends consisting of contestant and sponsors joined us today to place 400 muskies in Petenwell. Our location was the north end of the flowage at the Jim Freeman Memorial boat landing just outside Nekoosa, WI. This year we are dedicating these fish in memory of a great man, friend and advocate of the flowage and he is Jim Freeman. These muskies hung around the shallows adjusting their eye sight and acclimated themselves to their new surrounds. These fish range in size of 14-16 inches and once again we purchased them from Gollon Bait & Fish Farm of Dorchester, WI. It’s a great honor to inform you of our new total for stocking, we have now stocked 5,905 muskies. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…”thank you”. Thank you for your continuing support. Posts: 114 Location: Central Wisconsin | Nice pics Todd- Ethan and I really enjoyed seeing those fish go Friday morning. I had all I could do to convince him they weren't quite ready to catch yet. Needless to say, he spent a good portion of the rest of the day practicing with the "big pole" out in the lawn telling me... "Just in case you change your mind Dad" Thanks again Todd Andy
