Plans for a N. WI. trip fell through so it looks like Pewaukee is my best bet. Are the water temps ever too high (80's) during the last week of August? And how is the fishing around this time, never been to Pewaukee besides spring and late fall so what can I expect?

water temps are in the high 70's low 80's right now. As for August that will all depend on weather. At that time the trolling bite and the casting bite should still be good.

Anywhere to camp close to or on Pewaukee, Okauchee, or Oconomowoc?
