This was done by special request for a group of Delta employees for a retirement gift for their Boss.
Will never be repeated. Just wanted to show some of the requests I receive at times.

Sorry, Picture is too big and don't know how to downsize it.

open up your pic in "paint" program on your computer,
go to image, then to stretch or skew,
and where it says 100 x 100,
just enter 30 in each of the boxes, enter, save as. and then post it.
works like a charm!
