| First it was the St. Croix advertisment indicating that Joe Bucher's writings were translated into English!! I asked, "what is the official language of Wisconsin?" You all got a kick out of that one.
Here's another one:
I was looking at the latest Bucher (yes, I know he sold the company) advertisement in Musky Hunter. I noticed the pose is almost identical to Louis Spray's record Musky photo. It even appears to be hanging away from him like they did in the old days. On top of that, it is colored puke green as if it was hand-colored (just like one of the Spray photos). Actually it looks like someone took a picture out of a magazine and posted it on top of a picture of Joe. Either way, it's a great fish. However, when I saw this advertisment, I really got a chuckle out of it.
Comments anybody? Tom

| Old English...Tangier Island + some of the small coastal areas in Va/Carolina still carry a British twang; my grand parents, especially me Dads mom had a fairly heavy accent...hard to say in general since so many "upper east coasters" are sliding south![;)] |
