Posts: 1316 Location: Lebanon,Mo | Sorry i didnt post this yesterday or before, there are some reports coming in of touchdowns, some damage, and strong rotation with these storms coming out of east central Minn. going into WI.....pe prepared or call someone that might be on the water right now!! These storms mean business!! These cells will be capable of tornados for the next couple hours and then it will form into a squall line or derecho and will pose very damaging winds through the evening....70mph plus. EDIT- SPC will be putting out a "PDS" (particularly dangerous situation) for parts of southeast Mn/southwest WI. for potential strong/deadly tornadoes EF-2 or larger that could form from any Supercell that may initiate in this area this evening.Looks like low level winds are in place as well as enough wind shear to make this happen.....be prepared. Posts: 2687 Location: Hayward, WI | Had some crazy weather in WI today. Some spotty really bad weather. Hayward had straight line, 90+ MPH winds today. Really ripped some stuff up. 15 miles south of Hayward got some nastly looking sky, lots of rain, and some wind, but nothing terribly serious. I think quite a bit south the Eau Claire area had some bad stuff in certain locations too. I think everybody got a LOT of rain at some point during the day. curleytail | ||
