This is a new in the box quick change plate for a Minn Kota powerdrive or autopilot bow mount trolling motor. I believe most of them come with this plate, mine did. I bought this plate so that I could put it on another boat and just swap the motor back and forth. I soon decided that I didn't have enough garage for two boats and sold the other before I even put the plate on. With this plate you can take your motor on and off in a matter of about 10 seconds. If you have two boats it would be perfect to swap the motor back and forth instead on buying two. Will also take lure or reel trades. $45 shipped
