anyone tips for keeping youre rubber skirts from getting sticky and loose their softness. Al threats of the skits of my raddogs and ginders stick to one another after a year or so in my tackle box.

Any tips for keeping them proper oir getting them back as they were?

I have many of both of the baits that you have mentioned and have never experienced the problem that you describe. I keep my baits on racks, indoors, and they all can dry out as soon as I return home from fishing. Two things come to my mind:

1) If Rubber-skirted baits are kept in direct sunlight over a long periods of time, the rubber skirts can begin to degrade,

2) Keeping wet baits locked up in a box until the next time you fish can also degrade the skirts, rust the hooks, and pretty much ruin any bait.

Once the rubber skirts begin to degrade, I am unaware of any way to bring them back.
