Subject: TFF area guides


Going to be up for famliy outing in july
would like to try the TFF .
Would like to hire a guide who knows the TFF and only fishes for musky.
who would you recomend? Thanks

We're 4 feet low right now so getting a good guide is a wise choice.

Absolutely. Even at full pool, hiring a guide for the TFF is a wise choice. As of today, the water level in the TFF is 1569.00 feet or 3.00 feet below normal full pool of 1572.00. That's exactly the same water level as last year at this time and is 0.01 feet lower than it was last week. The dam is currently discharging 237 cubic feet per second, well short of the 300 cfs that is mandated by law. The CFIC has been in non compliance of discharge rates for well over a year.

Brian Long is the best choice imo as well.
2 friends hired him last summer and they were very happy and had great results.
