Wiley Lures makes a line of baits nick-named the "Kowalski". They are about 12" and Dale only produces a very limited number each year. The two I have are actually auto'd by him, but I've seen ones which weren't. Your best bet is to either go to a muskie / fishing expo - where Wiley lures has a booth (ie: Butler, PA show) or check e-bay (I've seen them on there from time to time)... usually go for $$$.
