Location: Central WI | Sometimes you can get Knipex cutters off ebay for around $30. They cut through hooks like nothing. |

| I figured everyone would scream buy a knipex, but if you've never used the Berkley cutter how do you know it isn't better? |

| Guest, if you were registered I would send you a more detailed explanation but to sufice I will tell you that I have used the Berkley one, and I have many of the Berkley TEC tools in my boat, but I don't even have that one in my boat anymore as I have a Knipex. |

Location: Latitude 41.3016 Longitude 88.6160 | I have alot of Berkley TEC tools, Great Tools but the Wire cutters are for Bass hooks not for Musky Hooks !!!! I returned my after one hook from a musky bait, Knipex all the way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| While Knipex do work well, they are not without problems. I have 3 pairs and the upper third of a cutting edge broke off on 2 of these cutters. They still work but they did break after some use. They are good tools but you may need to replace them. |
