| Bad news for Yank fishermen....[:blackeye:] the American Journal of Medicine just yesterday published an article containing the detrimental eating habits of northern fishermen/women + the effect this has on their ability to function in todays society. The study shows a steady diet of beef sticks, cheese, bratworst, sardines, gophers, badgers + other such "finger" foods as having a negative effect on ones ability to reason + perform even menial tasks over a period of time....peeps from Wisconsin, Minnesota + Illinois appear to most affected by this. Unfortunately pizza was found to at the top of the list for mental declination. On the other hand, the study showed that a southern diet rich in "earth" foods such as grits , greens, Beachcliff Fish Steaks, crawfish, cornbread, hot sauce, clams, oysters + butter beans led the nation in mental stability as well as providing the proper nutrients for extended break dancing, higher G.E.D. success rates + lightning bug capture...Va. was found to lead the southern hemisphere in this catagory!

| Anyone who has visited me will tell you I live on Venison and fish...how do those two items fall into the study? What about Catfish? We don't have a Catfish King here, maybe I need to go into the restaraunt biz!! |

| Apparently Stever those 2 culinary delights were somehow left out of the study...you must remember this was done by doctors, not normal ordinary people who are chock full of common sense! My guess would be that w/ the daily intake of the 2 aforementioned foods above, some of the "up there folks" would have a higher rating.....[:sun:] |

| Sorry Mike...spices + jalepeno puppies are considered "additives" and evidently were not included in thier study; apparently the Drs. were from the Northeastern region. They also left out fil'e, dried ground sassafras leaves that are a staple ingredient here also, got a sack upstairs in the cabinet now! Jono, Fl. is considered an east coast "California", thus disqualifying itself due to the large mix of peeps that are over taken by gravity![:sun:] |

had to say that to keep some egos down. however i do know for a fact that lots of southerners eat worse than us.
disclaimer: I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST SOUTHERN PEOPLE. I ALSO HAVE SOME RELATIVES IN THE SOUTH THAT ARE COOL PEOPLE. HAD TO SAY THAT TO KEEP THEM FROM DISOWNING ME.
