based on the eye, paint and the general shape, some sort of Zalt lure. Not the actual Zalt itself but something from them.

I think ToddM is correct, it looks like a Zalt Bait.

It certainly looks like a Zalt, either a new model I'm not familar with or an early prototype or a knockoff. Why don't you ask Peter at Zalt in Sweden? Here's his Email.

There is/was a company based out of Singapore that was selling knockoff's, but they didn't really have the same action as the Zalt.

I thought about it some more and Ukko put out baits with a finish like this too. Not seen this model from anyone but it could be something of their's too.
