| well ive taken the plunge, i bought a st. croix and acortland rods, with abu 6500 reels, and a few musky lures, ive studied the boards for a couple years got several musky hunter mags, i live in pa. near the ny. line so i have a few small lakes in mind, ive caught 1 musky and it was 32 inches, i have the paitence and i have always been a fisherman but now i want a new challenge. i hope to be posting pics of monsters in the future, this is the best forum i have found, i havent posted before because i have nothing to offer |

If I lived where you do I'd be fishing Chataqua (sp?) in NY.

| Psssst...Like H20 said, I too heard that Chataqua might have a couple muskies in it! Keep this under your hat or everyone will be up there chasing them! LOL! Good Luck!

hahaha....how true is that! I got the disease last summer and lately I've had some people ask me why i don't go ice fish panfish just to get out of the house in the winter....my reply.....cause I can't figure 8 through a 10 inch hole so why bother?! haha.
