According to WI DNR records, Windigo contains LM Bass, SM Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike and Panfish. No muskies. Only stocking on record is a 1994 planting of 13,350 two inch long walleye fingerlings.

No it does not. It would be an incredible musky fishery if ever given the chance. Great structure, clear water and mercury levels high enough to create a world record mutant!!

LOL! I've read about the mercury. Is it bad enough to want to avoid eating the crappies in there?

yeah the lake has a mercury advisory. I guess they say you can eat a few fish, but I wouldn't suggest it. I don't know of anybody who eats them out of there.

None as far as I know as well. Never seen any there. Decent pike etc. Still a fun lake to fish if you can pull yourself away from muskies. Great stucture for such a small lake.
