Do the majority of you cast usually perpendicular to the boat when preparing to watch following fish and to get ready for a 8. Like you would be reeling in broadside to the boat so it would be easier to spot incoming fish and go into the 8?

no where ever you cast, you must be aimed at the bait, then bring bait straight into the first wide turn and going away from the boat then in torward boat then around 2nd turn going away from the boat, make wide turns and watch fish and read the fish, easier to show you then tell you, but always cast away and stand and point rod at bait as you are working it in, you have better leverage that way, and always remeber to make wide turn's on the 8, most fish will take it on the outside turns and when they do SET BACK INTO THE FISH ALWAYS...bill
