Nice, sounds like a great set up. My skis are pretty skinny all around and they were a bear to learn how to ski powder on, since I'd never skied powder before. Got it down now and can only imagine how much more fun it is on a pair of skis that actually float on the powder instead of dive for the depths.
It changes the game, gives you more confidence. Scary to look at skis wider than your boots at first though, lol. Shoot me a PM when you're ready to buy if you want, I spent a lot of time checking on what different brands are offering. |
