I have been using devcon2 to seal my baits between paint coats because of how easy it is to mix and the quick set up time. I do like the final finish of Etex, can I put the etex coat over devcon?

Thanks in advance fo the help,

I just did it over one of my lures and it seems to be OK, although it didn't dry all the away after 48 hours. I also kinda eye-balled the mixing ratio (An absolute NO-NO with Etex, Im just kinda dumb...) I am going to apply another coat tonight over a devcones bait, I will let you know how it works.

I did that this morning before I left for work and it was dry, clean, and nice and shiny when i returned at 5. I would say it worked for me, (knock on wood)
