Subject: Dick Pearson's Grinders Skirt material ?

Hi all,
I'd like to ask if anybody know about type of skirt (275 strand 3rd generation hydro silk skirt, according to description on ERC site) used on Dick  Pearson's Grinders spinners. It doesn't look like original Hydro Silk skirts. It's more like round rubber to me.
Is it something proprietary ?  I'd like to buy some for my spinnerbaits, but unable to find it anywhere.
Thank you, in advance.
