Has anyone had any repair work done either at lowrance or a lowrance dealer? I have a global map 3500c ( I think?) and the backlight cycles from the brightest setting to the darkest all by itself. If I push the power/light button it will stop cycling, sometimes just for a few seconds and others will work for 10-15 min. What would be the best route to go. send it to lowrance? or is there a service dealer in the madison, wi area

Lowrance does not have any certified warranty centers. You'll need to call them and see about getting it sent in.
