What kind of libation made you think it looked like a musky?

Kinda looks like a bass with the stripe down the sides, color is a bit off though.

I don't think a bass would have sharp teeth, its a graffiti artist not a musky fisherman that did the artwork, he might have never held a musky in his life, I could be wrong but is sure looks more like a musky then a bass to me, maybe bass are growing teeth now in days? that stripe down the center could be what he thinks of the lateral line? im not sure, I don't know the artist, I was thought it was cool since its fishing related.

Okay--i see you are one of the truly afflicted b/c you see muskies everywhere you look--my wife gives me crap b/c every time I drive past musky water I look out there--she says, "what, do you think a musky is going to jump out of the water and wave at you?"

That's looks to be the illusive Muskeyeass fish. It is more of a transient fish, mostly targeted by Hoboes.
