Which lakes have closed landings due to construction? Can't believe I forgot to say where.

Why don't they close them in the spring before the hook and line season starts instead of during some of the best fishing days of the year?
Are they going to have several crews working at the same time, or one crew hopping around. I know that The Midwest Muskie Classic was always during the first weekend in October, closing Big Sand would screw them up if they still have that tourney. Anyone know if that is still happening?

I was at the Big Sand boat landing last weekend and it was about half torn out, with a bunch of metal girders steaked into the lake in front of the landing...Doesnt look like it will be good to go any time soon. Also heard reports that Big Sand is way down.
