| got a lowrance 112 that we cant get the gps to work. keeps saying GPS Module not responding. anyone have any feedback on what the problem may be. Starts out working ok in the mornings but after a couple hours it quits.

| Where is the puck located? Those 112's are very sensitive if you have the puck mounted right next to the head unit. They need to be at least 3' away. |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | If you go to pages, go under the status page and see how many satellite bars you have. If you only get one bar and the numbers right near it are jumping all over the place, the puck is bad.
If your getting it to connect in the morning, check the status bars and keep an eye on them, if they they go to half, then the puck is going bad. |

| check your power connections, too, if a different puck doesn't work. i had a loose wire that caused my unit to do the same thing. |

Location: somewhere! | the gps puck has its own power wire,as well as the graph.check the fuse.niether of those its probly the puck. |

| Call Lowrance and they will most likely replace if the unit is new.
Had the same issue about a month ago. Lowrance said they had a problem with some of the pucks and said they would send out a new one. They are short on inventory and said it would be about 4-5 weeks until we received it. |
