Another night time figure 8 fish!! Beautiful 47.25 incher and my new personal best and first legal. Too bad the self portrait wasn't better but live and learn. Mental note: next time move the chairs so the camera focuses on the fish.

we never get skunked on Mad Chain guest. They are always biting hooks off!
ok maybe not. Went out Fri nite for 3 hours. 1st 5 casts I had a 43"ish nip the back hook, headshake and get off.
then nothing til right before lightning chased us off I had something small blow up at my feet. Water temps were 72-74 fri nite. water clarity sucks. floating crap was bad in spots. Saw Ski Patrol right before the storm and they concurred. It was dead. aren't fish suppose to go nuts before a storm? ha.

Was out friday morning. water temps were 70-72. Fished shallow, edge and a little suspended. Nothing. Was cloudy in morning til bout 9:30 then sun came out. Hope this helps "guest".

Went out last night 6:00 to 10:00 water temps 74 dropping to 72
Caught this fat 39.5 buddy got a nice 42

Lots of boats out last night was that the musky club?
Evenings getting a little chilly but nice to be out

Anyone ice fishing lately on the chain, I been thinking about hitting up some of the lakes for musky since the season stays open till the end of the month, how is the ice on the big lakes and on Wingra?
