Posts: 299 Location: Nowheresville, MN | After near electricution, several (yes several) near boat fires, and one cooked battery I got the electrical bugs worked out and put a four footer in the net on the first trip out with the new (to me) boat. Funny thing, When I fish with Treats' in his boat I catch the fish, he doesn't. Posts: 281 Location: ROckford IL | I got a 37, and a 30 incher on a local lake, my friend got a 35, then on sunday I hit the big lake in Milwaukee and we caught 4 king salmon, I got to fight 2 of the kings that we got, fun day over all. Posts: 162 Location: Metro, MN | got this 48 3/4 and a few others under 35 this weekend fishing metro...now my fishin buddy caught this other fish that i posted and he measured it at 48 even on fairly the same spot... hes being persistent at calling it the same fish because they were caught a month apart but since were holding the fish opposite sides facing forward and i see no evidence to it being the same fish i dont think he can make a claim. Location: Lake Tomahawk, WI | Nice salmon! I need to get back out and do that. Usually make a shorefishing venture in September, hopefully this year too. Muskies have overall been slow for us in Vilas. Some quality is showing up, though. I'd thought this weekend would've been better with the weather the way it was. Mark landed 2 upper 40" fish on Dawgs, with fishing time cut short due to his bout with a flu bug. I went rowing for walleyes and had minimal success.
