I bought one thinking it was a glider, but when I use it as such it just pops up to the surface. How in the hell do you work this thing?

I prefer using a soft tipped rod with this lure, working it slow, small taps and give it a little slack. I also connect the leader (solid wire) with a splitring only. There are also a few older threads on the subject on here.

LOTS of slack. SHARP snaps. You'll still get an occasional up/down motion, but if you do the aforementioned things you'll get a great swinging, side-to-side movement. To each their own, but I use mine on a pool cue rod. I also put a split ring on the front eyelet which seems to help.

Or send it to me
