I forgot I had my trolling motor battery on the charger. Just pulled it off after 60 hrs or so. It reads fully charged but is the battery shot now?

Maybe not. Your charger may have reduced the input as the charge began to top off. Run it, and see!

I think it depends on the charger. I leave my batteries on the charger all the time with no ill effects on the batteries.
