Finally got the call from the Suzuki Doctor, the Tuffy is ready to come home to Iowa this weekend. Headed to Chicago Saturday to pick it up. Quick stop at cabelas to spend a bunch of money on new toys for it as well. Then back home to get her back up and runnin' in style! Can't wait!

Update! Just called the shop to make sure the boat was ready before I drove all the way to Chicago to get it, and you guessed it's not ready. They were sure it was done until they took it out for a spin on the lake, still sputtering, and boging down at full throttle, just like it did when it went in. So now I wonder if I really needed that 700$ Fuel Pressure regulator to be fixed or not!

Just got the MuskyLund out of the shop, had to replace lower unit seals, now shes ready to rock again, I plan to do some muskie fishing locally and also go with my buddie to test his new ranger 620 out on the big lake for salmon, depending on the weather. I will report back after the weekend, stay in tune.

Last week I was in Canada wearing most of the clothes and rain gear I had along, this weekend I'm heading over to Buffalo County to hang some stands for this fall and it's supposed to be 90++. I think there's something wrong with this picture!!

We have been invited up to a home on Butte de Morts, west of Oshkosh, WI. I hope to get out for at least a couple of hours.
