Despite low 60's to mid 50 degree temperatures and 25 mph winds the Phillips Chain is on fire. My brother has been up there for the week since Saturday and each guy is having multple fish days despite limited fishing time as they are having trolling motor issues. Sizes have been from the high 30's to mid 40's. All fish coming in 3 feet or less of water with vegetation on swimbaits from 5 1/2 to 7".

Has anyone been out on Solberg or Lac Sault Dore, or just the Chain? I've had bad luck on the Chain in the past, but good luck on Solberg. What are water temps? Maybe I'll hit it in a week. (You know, give the fish a chance to turn off...lol)

Can't remember the exact temps but they were down over 10 degrees in 24 hours.
