Subject: NAPA "self etching" paint???

Searching the forum I have found that some people use a primer from NAPA which self etches itself into the metal, I'm having problems with paint staing on blades. It has been refered to as "acid self etch primer" and the "stuff at NAPA." Does anyone have a more specific name for this paint?

Do not have to get it from NAPA. It is called Acid 8, cannot remember the company name but where I work we buy it from any automotive store that deals with painting. It still needs to be scuffed for it to stick and you have to shake it a lot but it does pretty good. And it is not cheap.
