By far the hottest bait this year has got to be the Medussa. I was down on Cave Run last weekend and it seems like everyone, Greg Thomas, Tony Grant, Justin Mullins, Scott Salchi have been catching a ton of fish on them and some big ones. I fished with Scott Salchi last weekend and he was telling me how incredible this bait has been so far. Salchi got a 50.5" on Sunday and beast of 48" on a Medussa on Monday on the Cave. If I had a picture I would post it. I'll see if Scott has one. Impressive.

The medussa has been a hot bait on the cave this year. Scott salchi helped me with a beast of a forty eight and took pictures where we forgot our Camara. If anyone would have scott's email I will try to post the picture. This was the second of a three fish day on the dussa.

The Medussa definitely looks awesome in the water - no fish on it yet though.
Perch WA Weagle has moved the most fish for me so far this year.

I also indicated that in an earlier post; and it continues to be the case w/ several fish moved and 2 more in the boat this weekend. Mojo lures are magic!

Bluegills, sunfish and crappies in the 6 inch range have been the hot bait for us this year, the ski's seem to hit these before they will hit a sucker.

Bondy Baits have been good for me in previous years, and I am looking forward to trying the new color made for real clear water. It's called 'Clear Water Shiner'
