| need to have the oil injector replaced on a 50hp evenrude and get it tuned. anyone have recommendations on a good wrench in the chicago area? |

| There is a guy who i used when i had an OMC outboard. His name was Terry Heffley (SP?). He lived near Waukegan and did alot of the work on the side from his regular job and he was very good. A few years ago he stopped but i now hear he is back. I will post his number when i get it. I dont know how much work he is doing but it is worth a try. |

| Doc I havent gotten the work done yet but made an appt with chicago marine (773-561-5861) for a week from now that was the first day he had avail. Dont know about the quality of his work but his customer service is first rate, over the last year this guy has spent more than 2 hours on the phone helping me troubleshoot different problems (all over the phone and never once complained about not having time to waste)so he is going to get my bizz. I feel like I owe him the work and maybe lunch too. |

| Yeti: The guys are having trouble with my Opti right now but we all know that's because a bunch of cheeseheads engineered the POS. From what I have seen and been told they really do know the OMC products. Try Baker Marine Support on Bluff Lake/Antioch. |
