Location: SE Wisconsin | A wintery segment would definitely be something to see! Think of all the guys that spend that time in the tree stand, but always have that curiousity in the back of their mind. . . LOTs OF LUCK- Those are some beautiful pics! Love the island in the fog. Posts: 2361 | sworrall - 5/4/2009 11:29 PM Wow, FSF, that last image is so bright it shocks the eye, beautiful. Thankyou, it is about as good as color gets on the lakes down here. It wasn't exactly muskie weather, and when the sunshine got a little more oblique, I started running from cove to cove looking for photo opportunities. The reds are what maples exist. Later in the season you get lots of red from the red oaks, but most other colors are gone. No wind, lots of sun, no muskies, lots of color. Gotta take whatcha get. BTW, most serious Green River fisherman will instantly recognize both these areas, though one is just a place you pass by.
