I'm looking for a QUALITY rain suit for summer weather.
I already have one for fall/winter.
Any recommendations? Name Brand?

Anything with Gore-tex. Don't skimp when it comes to keeping warm or dry. Cabela's Guidewear is outstanding.

i second the frogg togg's.. they will keep you dry and if its chjilly out just layer up underneith them and they work fine.. i have heard of someone spraying them with this awsome waterproofing stuff and that makes them even better.. cant remember the name but if i can find it i will let you know...bill

Frogg Toggs are good when the weather is right, however, the uninsulated Cabelas Guidewear is the best in my opinion!

Uninsulated Guide Wear here to, tried about everything this stuffs the best. In colder weather a layer of fleece and Under Armour will keep you toasty as well.

Another vote for the uninsulated guidewear from Cabelas.

Check out sierratradingpost.com. Quality name brands and you can find some really good deals. I would go for the better stuff. You get what you pay for with the frogg toggs. I have some uninsulated gore-tex Helly Hansen bibs and jacket that I got for 70% of in their bargain bin two years ago. Great gear. Great in the summer and I bought them a little over sized so I can layer up underneath and they are good almost all year.

Check out Bass Pro's Clearance Items! I bought A Browning Jacket and Bibs at 50% off the reg. price! Well thought out design with a bunch of nice features! $200 to the door!

Here's what I would recommend...for warm / summer weather, 70 degree's plus, I'd go with something like FroggToggs, or any other fairly inexpensive, non goretex, light rain gear, can get it at Bass Pro, GAnder, Cabelas etc...then in weather from say 50 to 70, get some of the better stuff that will insulate you a bit more, goretex preferrably...I have a set of Gander Pro Staff Elite parka/bibs for the 50-70 degree weather and just a fairly cheap set of Gander rain gear for when it's really warm out...the Pro Staff stuff is just too much for really warm weather...

If made in USA is important to you at all, try Watershed. I found Watershed raingear at a sporting goods store in Portland OR, apparently they are based out of Salem. Bought a coat and bib overalls for $110, VERY well made and durable, and don't look like they'll easily get ripped up by fishooks or whatnot. They are nitrile coated nylon, they also make gore-tex rain suits but they are spendier. www.gowatershed.com
