| the check for Operation Muskie goes out in the mail tomorrow morning. after shipping and paypal fees, it's over $17,200...that's a LOT! through the generosity of the many individuals and companies that made donations, plus the people who placed winning bids, we were able to help cover the costs of sending 20 military veterans on a free, fully guided trip to Lake of the Woods. http://www.operationmuskie.org/ what a great way to say "thanks" to those who are in harm's way for us, everyone who took part in this has a right to feel proud of stepping up to the plate in such a huge way for these very deserving vets. there is still a need for some more help, please do so if you're able. send donations to: Operation Muskie c/o Vonnie Johnson 407 Lake Street NW Warroad, MN 56763 thanks! Good opportunity for everyone to give a little back to these guys. I am all for trying to double that check next year so 40 vets can go!  A+++ Muskie First!
