I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS HAD ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MUSKY FISHING ON TULLIBEE LAKES ON AND AROUND THE SPAWN / WHAT ARE THE TEMPS THAT THEY SPAWN AT AND IS IT AT NIGHT ? ETC , ANY KNOWLEDGE WOULD BE APPRECIATED FOR MY SEARCH FOR A REALLY BIG,BIG, BIG GATOR!!! THANKS JOE

From what I've heard, tulibees will start to spawn when water temps hit the low 40s.

I believe that they spawn in water from 39-40 deg. And around a full moon normally in Oct, depending on the area you are at. There is a great article on the habits of cisco in one of the back issues of Esox Angler. Definitely check it out for more info.
