Random quote: After about a half-mile the fella stopped and stooped over, with his hands on his thigh's to catch his breath, and the Game Warden finally caught up to him."Let's see yer fishin' license, boy," the Warden gasped.

Subject: question

Does anyone know where to buy the weighted coils for tying bucktails. I have purchased them through R&H and Stamina but they are very expensive. I would like to be able to find the manufacturer or a wholesaler.

Thank you.

Thanks for the help guys!!!!! Found a spot that has them.

I was also wondering if anyone knows of a spot to buy pre-tied bucktails on the coils. R&H has them but I think they get 2.99 for them...............

R & h gets them from heads and tails lures out of new York. I know on the big pee tied skirts they are $1 cheaper on the web site.

If you want to save some cash, I go to the local hardware store and buy a starter cable for a lawn mower. The cable is wrapped with five or so feet of the same coil that luremaking sites sell for a lot of money. If you need it weighted then just add a lead egg sinker. I spend $7 for 5 ft of coil. Much cheaper!
