is there anything out there other than something like armorall to treat a boat cover with? mine is a tan color and it is 4 years old now and already has that white-ish spiderweb look to it since it sits outside year round. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

put it on your boat, really tied down and tight.

Take it to the car wash. Spray some "Simple Green" on it and brush it in really good with a stiff brush.

Spray off with a power washer.
