Location: LENA IL | Gents - We have been going to Eagle and Lac Suel for about 10 years and although the trips have been great we are looking to make a move to Lake of the Woods. Can anyone provide any good infor on Witch Bay camps? I have half Walleye fisherman in my group and half Musky. Any info would really be helpful.
Thanks!

Location: Smith Creek | If Russ still guides out there he can put the walleye guys on fish. The muskie guys are on their own. Plenty of good fish in that area but its not the best area on the lake for numbers of big fish. |

| Matt,
I've been there a couple of times and I don't know how to say this without sounding like a used car salesman. But, with out a doubt its one of the best if not the best camps I've had the pleasure of staying at. The folks there are always looking to make things good for the angler. They also have some of the best food service in Ontario. The fishing was fantastic. I'm mean hey man its LOTW. I can give you what information you want just send me a PM and I'll get back to you. |

| Matt,
I've been there 3 times in the last 6 years for musky and walleye fishing. Our group has had a great time each time we have been there. Make sure when you go that Russ Warye is there. He is the best and he will make sure that you and your group are on fish. Steve and Gail run a great camp and they will take great care of you and your group. I just wish I could get up there every year rather than every other year. In regards to the musky fishing, we have basically had all the spots to our selves, we normally go up the second week of August. This is a great camp that doesn't get a lot heavy pressure from Musky fisherman and there are plenty of big fish in this area. I hope this helps. Dan |
